Job description: AFE Adventures, Co-Tour Director, all destinations

AFE Adventures is looking for a few very special individuals to join our team. Destination expertise is appreciated but not essential.  

Candidates should be genuine "people people" and enjoy spending time with our amazing guests and hard working ground crews. Previous experience in customer service (wait staff, retail sales, tour guide, volunteering) is highly prized. 

​

The ideal AFE Tour Director will be friendly, genuine, fun, positive, posses a good sense of humor, and an unflappable ability to handle co-leading adventurers through flexible situations in Kenya, Thailand, Cambodia.

​

Our tours are vegan/vegetarian friendly, so interested applicants should have an understanding and acceptance of the ethics of vegans and vegetarians.

​

All Tour Directors should posses a minimum level of fitness and should read the various destination itineraries on our AFE website.

​

Co-Tour Director positions are opened seasonally.

International Tour Management Institute

AFE Tour Directors will be considered independent contractors (IRS form 1099)

Compensation will be based upon experience and will include travel expenses in addition to a competitive per diem.

KENYA- January 8-February 3, 2024

KENYA- July 12, 2024, July 26, 2024, August 9, 2024

KENYA-January 8-January 23, 2025
